Situated 150 metres from Undersåker Station, this hotel is within 10 minutes’ drive of the Trillevallen and Åre ski resorts. The staff at check-in were extremely friendly. The abeyance of this hotel had the right organic feel to feel a sense of Hygee. The complementary breakfast/buffet was incredible. There was live music during dinner one evening, very talented musician. The staff were friendly in guiding us on what to do in the area and went above and beyond. The rooms where very comfortable and clean. The Outdoor sauna was 10/10 -----Highly recommend it I use to travel for a living (Ex-Flight Attendant) and have been fortunate enough to have travelled all around the world and stay in some incredible places. However this would be one of my top 3 hotels! It did not feel like a hotel, it felt like staying in an upscale bed and breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was super warm and helpful from the beginning. The hotel has a lovely old interior that makes it super cozy, with lots of common rooms to hang out and meet people if you want. Breakfast and dinner are included and they were very tasty with lots of options. One of the ski options is nearby and it has a restaurant with great options for lunch and good prices.

MårtenLiens Gård is in Åre Village, 100 metres from the ski slopes. Set in a 1700s building, it offers apartments with free WiFi, a full kitchen and flat-screen TV. We had a nice little apartment outfitted with everything that we required. It was walking distance to the town center, railway station and grocery store. Close to the chair lift. Lovely view across the lake. Lots of mountain biking and hiking trails
