This was our bit of luxury as we travelled through Java, and it didn't disappoint! The hotel is beautiful, with atmospheric colonnades and gardens, and the rooms are large and beautifully appointed. We were practically the only guests at breakfast both days - the buffet selection was immense and interesting, and the waiting staff member (Rafi) was very friendly and professional. The chef also came out to greet us on the second day, which was much appreciated. The pool area was very nice and my daughter enjoyed her massage.

I didn’t expect anything in the beginning with such budget price but after stayed, I think that this guest house must be the best in Java. I have lived in Indonesia for decades and I know what the quality of budget hotels are in Java, which are normally very dirty and staff never care the guests after checked in. This guest house offers free Nescafé.. this was the first time for me to see the Nescafé in budget hotel in Java. ( Normally budget hotel offers local coffee only) Nice surprise.

Lovely boutique type resort with all modern amenities. Loved the cottage I was in. Big and spacious. This was the at the end of the property. Away from the pool. Lovely to sit on the veranda and read. There is an homely atmosphere everywhere. Staff are very helpful. Food was excellent for me. I like Indonesian / Javanese food so was quite happy to have what was on the menu. They even went out of the way to prepare a local dish specially for me called "nasi liwet".

The hotel environment is set like a Javanese old kampong. I really liked the ambience and atmosphere. It located far from the city, so it is very natural. With the sound of the crickets and frogs around, I feel like staying at my grandma’s house. It was literally brought my memories back to the 80s when we have not yet touched by heavy technology. The service was also extraordinary. The receptionist even eagerly helped receiving a food package for me, hours before my arrival.

Best hostel we stayed in Indonesia so far. Brandnew, just opened in 2019 before the pandemic. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with everything. They help you organizing everything e.g. the train tickets, the night trip to the Ijen crater (company „ijen.everyday“ only on instagram, price per pax 400k all inclusive). They also give you great recommendations for restaurants, what to do around Banyuwangi as well as the whole Java island

Hotel Cerha is a newly renovated old building with Artdeco touch. All pieces of furniture are high quality, the staff is kind and professional, there is excellent coffee and a large and rich breakfast. They have an exceptional collection of books about Javanese culture and sights. A good Padang food resto, Aroma Baru and the "gudeg-street" is in walking distance, as well as the palace, the Sonobudoyo Museum and Jl. Malioboro.

The location is close to Malioboro st- walking distance and away from the noise and crowd. Comfy beds and clean bathrooms with free snacks and drinks replenished daily. Water fountain available outside the rooms. The breakfast spread is awesome with both traditional Javanes and Western selections. The staff are very helpful and give good dining recommendations. The street food near the hotels are delicious too. Highly recommended.

Top-notch hospitality, all the staff were friendly and helpful. The Javanese architecture was beautiful. Overlooking the village and Borobudur temple. There were plenty of vegetarian dishes to choose from and they were delicious - though one dish marked as vegetarian had anchovies, not a problem for me and easy to separate from the dish. The Dadar Gulung - Indonesian coconut pancakes were delicious.

The hotel was very good,and I can enjoy to stay there coz the is near restaurant and Paris Van Java Mall,,hallo customer service before this, you are ever send me an email about fund for my cancelation at Superblok reservation 4044464254, but until now I didn't receive it, it's a joke or some kind of empty promise,soory now I can't send your email and than I use to contact you,thank you

This property is centrally located with lots of interesting shops and things to see in the area. Just outside the hotel you will find coffee shops and local students enjoying coffee into the evening. The people in this area  are very friendly, and we walked around at night with no issue. The staff were friendly but not overly attentive, par for the course at this price range in Java IMO.

I like everything, omg omah manis is the best hotel i stay for my whole trip of east java. The staff, the breakfast the ambience. While i check out they even give me a souvenir i was like whatttt? You guys have to stay here. Thank you so much Omah Manis for giving me and my husband a very comfortablw stay, affordable crazy price yet top hospitality! Will sure come back and stay again!

Wonderful place! Living in Indonesia in the past, my expectation was high and Rumah Lereng met it all. Greatly designed, clean and up standard. Easy to reach, just take the train from Jakarta or Yogya and a taxi will await you (count on 100 usd). The surroundings of Rumah Lereng are stunning, this is the part of Bandung you want to see. This is the Java you want to experience.

I only slept at Semeru for one night as I started the 3D2N Java Tour here. The hostel is super social. Great for getting to know people. Unfortunately, the tour that the hostel was working with didn't materialise, but everything was immediately put in motion so that I could take part in another tour organised by another hostel!!! Simply great, thank you!!!

Really friendly and welcoming staff, pretty decent Restaurant with Indonesian and international options, crispy Fries and they deliver the food up to the room. Great Coffee which you can get 24h, would recommend trying the java Latte it was one of my best coffees in java. Breakfast has only Indonesian options and fruits and was okay for the price.

The staff was so kind and helped us with everything. They really went out of their way to help us, for example they arranged the bromo-ijen-waterfall tour. The rooms are basic but comfy and clean. The interior is super pretty and the breakfast is amazing! Would stay in Snooze (or one of the other Snooze hostels) again when returning to Java.

Great food and super professional and highly professional staff made our stay in Tugu Malang a memorable one. Make sure you explore the different rooms with exquisite art and fabulous restaurants.

Great location, wonderful atmosphere and superb location quiet yet central in Bogor. Perfect place to land and get accustomed to Indonesia and only 1,5 hour drive from International airport. Owner is very responsive online, and can arrange next stays in other cities in Java and will arrange drivers as you require. Professional, friendly.

The room was generally clean and comfortable. The restaurant (Atmosphere) served daily local cuisine breakfast (e.g., Bali, Central Java) and had a pretty decent food selection for lunch, dinner and room service. Hotel was located within 10-mins car ride from Aeon Mall and ICE (convention centre).

Great hotel with Javanese aesthetic and a nice room. Great buffet breakfast and overall a good value for money. Staff was very helpful in organising transportation and dinner reservations. Location wise, the hotel was a few minutes drive from the main touristic places in Yogyakarta centre.

Nice Javanese music at breakfast with delicious food not much change in it but we stayed 12 nights so it's to be expected, the bed was very comfy and the staff was excellent, big parking too and the location was good having a alfamart and indomart close. Felt very safe here.
