The room and linens were spotless, and the view of the ocean and pool was simply breathtaking. Watching the sunrise each morning was a magical experience. The food was fantastic—breakfast, lunch, and dinner all available on-site, so there's no need to venture out. That kind of convenience is rare in Bali hotels! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make our stay perfect. And the massage service? Unforgettable. I enjoyed a soothing massage every day right by the sea, next to the pool. Pure bliss. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and indulge in paradise.

On my trip around the world, I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Uma Kalai and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and attentive staff, setting the tone for a truly remarkable stay. Our suite itself was stunning. Spacious, elegantly furnished, and impeccably clean, it felt like a luxurious home away from home. Perhaps most impressive, however, was the impeccable service provided by the staff throughout my stay. From the manager Eka to the two butlers Ade and Dicky to our driver Rana who went above and beyond to accommodate our various requests to the housekeeping team who ensured that our room was always pristine, every member of the staff was dedicated to ensuring that my stay was nothing short of perfect. We also indulged in a relaxing spa treatment at the hotel's spa. This was the reason why we decided to extend our stay twice at the Uma Kalai.

We visited Bali for our honeymoon and stayed in four different places — but Plawa Laguna Bali was our absolute favorite! ❤️ It’s a small, peaceful boutique hotel, perfectly located in a quiet area, very close to the ocean and still just a short drive from the center of Canggu. Everything was spotlessly clean, stylish, private, and beautifully maintained. Even the smell of the bed linen was incredible — we loved it so much that we asked what detergent they use, and Ade kindly helped us get a bit to take home. Thank you very much!🙏 🌸 The staff were amazing — so friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They even surprised us with a beautiful honeymoon welcome setup when we arrived, which was a heartwarming gesture. The food was delicious and fresh, cooked by the chef right in the open kitchen. Would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, quiet, and romantic place to stay in Bali.

I think it was just awesome. The place was super clean and beautiful. Kind of dream place in a village.. We had everything. Hosts suppored us with everything we needed.

A beautifully designed hotel in a peaceful location. The staff are fantastic and so friendly. They've thought of everything so that you have everything you need, even in a slightly more secluded location. You don't need a moped or car as there is a free shuttle and easy access to taxis.
