I LOVE how clean it is. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you walk into. Super spacious. Beds were comfortable. Everything is modern. Smells like brand new construction. Owners kept in touch from the moment I booked until I checked out. Just a15 minute drive to Historic Downtown where you'll spend most of your time. The blackout blinds are pretty sheer, so if you like complete darkness to sleep you might find it bright at night. But I just went to Target and bought a sleeping mask and it was fine. Kitchen is stocked with what you need as far as basic cooking goes. There were several games available too for unwinding. When we go back to St Augustine I know where I'm staying again. My whole family loved it. My kids were sad we were leaving

My Fiancé and I took our first trip together to St. Augustine back in 2019. Because we got engaged this year, we decided to redo our trip. 200 Riberia completely elevated our experience. The location is a purpose-built vacation home and offers much more privacy than a hotel room, while still being within walking distance of all the major attractions. I couldn’t recommend this location highly enough. Moreover, as an in-the-market home buyer, it personally appealed to me that the owners purpose-built these properties as vacation rentals, instead of taking a single-family home off the market and converting into a personal cash cow.
