All staff we met spoke good English and they were friendly and welcoming explaining clearly whatever we wanted to know about in Osaka. The location was excellent, you can go explore anywhere walking or from the Namba station nearby or even just go downstairs to the connected mall and enjoy food and shopping. We stayed there for four nights and would definitely return when visiting Osaka again.

The famous Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi station are 5-10 minutes away. Namba station is 20 minutes away. The Library cafe where breakfast is served really relaxing and open till midnight. The host has left clear instructions on how to operate everything from the washing machine to the air conditioning, and honestly was one of the best places I have stayed in Osaka. Closest experience to being an actual resident of Osaka that I have experienced on my trip. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Hotel was very nice, got two rooms, one room was a 3 twin room and the other was a double room. The double room was small for US standards but all web sites said the same about the size of the room. The 3 twin room was fine, bathroom was much bigger. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Osaka. Entrance to Namba station was two blocks away. Plenty of restaurants right outside and walking distance from the hotel.
