The property is situated on a lane, no traffic and very little footfall so very quiet despite being in the North Laines. There are some small shops close at hand for provisions, larger shops a bit further away but still within easy walking distance. The house is neat and tidy with plenty of living space and a well equipped kitchen. The host Carey was helpful and responded very quickly to any questions we had.
