It also offers a good size living room, a dining room and 2 full bathroom, 1 being ensuite. Nearest beach is only 10 minutes walk, 3 minutes to the iconic Brighton Laines, 1 minute to Brighton Station and within 9 minutes you will be at Churchill square shopping mall.
