All our apartments offer a great escape to guests who want to relax and enjoy some tranquil days from the hassle and bustle of everyday life. Sipping a good glass of wine on one of the terraces of the apartments watching the sun setting or twinkling stars is surely a dream come true for all of us who are tied up in busy schedules and stuffy offices all day long. Ta` Juli Apartment is clean, spacious and is an ideal dwelling for a relaxing family holiday. It is a few steps from St. Thomas Bay and about 500m from the nearest restaurants, cafeterias which are located on the Marsascala promenade. A bus stop is just two blocks away and parking is available on the street.
My name is George and I live in the locality of Zurrieq in Malta together with my wife Cynthia and our two daughters, Michela and Julia. How did we start? The first property making up the portfolio of apartments was Ta' Kurun property in the locality of Marsascala in October 2006. After 5 years renting Ta' Kurun apartment, we bought our second property adjacent to the first one......Ta' Rosi apartment. We are now investing our energies in expanding our portfolio of apartments which to date consist of other apartments in Marsascala, Cospicua, Mellieha and Gozo.
It is an ancient fishing village in Malta, with a picturesque bay, located in the southeast corner of the island. The town has a population of 10,024 people and used to form part of Zabbar in the 19 century. The town has grown up around the sheltered bay, Marsascala Creek, and is protected by the headland of Ras il-Gżira to the south and by Ras iż-Żonqor, to the north. The town today stretches on both sides of the bay and Marsascala’s bay has a promenade continuing all the way to St Thomas Bay with views of low shelving rocks, colourful fishing boats and saltpans. In summer, the village is buzzing with life and many Maltese families have summer homes in this lovely, picturesque bay - the population rises to 20,000 in summer. Marsascala has a range of modern leisure facilities, bars and restaurants.
