This beautiful newly built home has an open concept design. Sleeps up to 6 people; 2 bedrooms- each with a queen size bed as well as 1 queen size sofa bed. Each bedroom includes a flat screen Smart TV while the living room has its own flat screen cable TV. The house is newly furnished, has free WIFI access and a full sized kitchen for all of your cooking needs. That's not all! There has been a NEW ADDITION!! The backyard is equipped with a spacious and cozy gazebo and outdoor patio area with a fully functional BBQ grill!! Perfect for outdoor lunch and/or dinner while enjoying the Jamaican sunshine and sea breeze! The property is located in a secure gated community which also has amenities including a swimming pool, gym and tennis court that you can enjoy on a relaxing vacation. This beautiful home is conveniently located in close proximity to all major tourist attractions, hotels and the center of Ocho Rios Town (less than 15 minutes).

Scotchies Restaurant is located just across the street from the property and the drive into the town of Ocho Rios is approximately 10 minutes. This includes major tourist attractions like Dunns River Falls, Dolphins Cove, Mystic Mountain and other popular tourist attractions. Guests have access to a front patio and NEWLY BUILT backyard gazebo with BBQ grill! Coffee lovers can enjoy a cup of morning coffee while sitting on the patio and enjoying the sunshine and sea breeze! The grounds also offer a gym and recreation area that includes an outdoor pool and a tennis court. Also ideal for walks and socializing with others in the community.
