Beautifully styled ground floor studio, decorated in subtle art deco design. Tall ceilings, bright & airy. THE DECO STUDIO The studio is beautifully furnished and designed, with a mix of modern and period furniture and with subtle nods to art deco design. With tall ceilings and big windows the space is comfortable, bright and cosy. The studio is secured via a digital lock (no keys). SLEEPING Have a restful deep sleep in the Kingside bed. BATHROOM The modern bathroom hosts a w/c, sink and shower. One bath towel and one face towel per person are provided. LOUNGE AREA The lounge area consists of a comfortable 2 seater sofa, small coffee table & 43 inch Samsung The Frame wall mounted TV with Netflix & Virgin TV. DINING AREA The studio large bay window houses the dining table and chairs perfect for your breakfast. (I recommend the flour pot bakery, 5 min walk for amazing morning croissants). KITCHEN AREA The small but perfectly formed kitchenette houses fridge with small freezer compartment. 20ltr combination microwave, oven & grill. Sink and 2 ring ceramic hob. STUDIO SITUATION The studio is self contained and is part of a 3 story house with the owner living upstairs.
Hi I'm Stephen, I’m originally from Somerset (UK) but chose Brighton as my home almost 20 years ago. In that time I’ve lived in Seville (Spain) and London, I loved them both but it’s Brighton that really pulled me in! If you have any Brighton questions I'm happy to help and perhaps point you in the direction of Brighton's best bits. I’ve also produced a folder for the property with top ten lists of Brighton’s best restaurants, cafes, parks, clubs, things to do etc. I Live upstairs from the property so I'm on hand should you need any assistance. I love travelling and discovering new places. My favourites being Spain (slightly obsessed), Thailand and Australia. I appreciate how important it is to have a safe, clean base to explore from so I try my best to offer 5 star Standard accommodation for the guests I host who are on their travels. So that’s me! THE NEIGHBOURHOOD The Deco Studio is located in the extremely safe Queens Park area of Brighton. The studio is located on a hill, 15 min walk to the sea. WALKING DISTANCES: 2 mins Queens Park, 7 mins Kemptown, 15 mins beach. 6 amazing local pubs/restaurants all 5-10 mins away.
