The first best thing about this hotel is the position close to the subway. The hotel is clean and staff is really quick and helpful. You have close also Loudromat if you need to wash your clothes fast and cheap. Breakfast really good and enough.

Ideally situated in the middle of Queens, Hyatt Place Long Island City offers free WiFi and a fitness centre. Room was very well equipped and spacious. Bed was very comfortable and the pull out couch was very convenient to help a friend who arrived too early for check-in. Very well equipped with minifridge, lots of closet and drawer space for belongings and storage.

I am very demanding to hotel service and amenities and LIC is definitely the best offer for its price for transit or for touristic stay in Queens, NY. It also has the magnificient view of Manhattan on the rooftop and it deserves to be seen. Room was big enough, comfort for 2 adults + 2y.o. child, very clean and quite thanks to its view to the backyard. Location is perfect, hospitality is on top of the list. Breakfast is good, though it could be more variety of fruites.

This is a perfect business hotel, it's close to the subway to Manhattan, staff are really great, there's a food cart for uber eats, a microwave and cutlery for meals, a convenience store in the lobby and right next door, not to mention laundry services and a superb gym. There are great resturants in this vibey area, you can find anything you need close by, nail salons, hairdressers, T-mobile, yoga studios. As a business traveler I really appreciated this hotel, everything has been thought of, the staff are also quick to respond and really friendly. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
