Picture classic New York architecture and a one-of-a-kind neighborhood with tree-lined streets. 70 Park Avenue Hotel is located in the heart of it all. Although the rooms were exceptionally comfortable and the location absolutely perfect - a few minutes walk to Grand Central Station/5th Avenue etc. - the most stand-out thing at the Iberostar was the staff! Although we were in the middle of New York, where no-one really seems to care about anyone - the staff were so friendly, interested and helpful. Every request was promptly dealt with - and great suggestions from the doormen!

A special thank you to Louis (Lewis), David and the gentlemen at the front door greeting the guests. All patient and had a wonderful sense of humour. The personnel looking after the rooms were also kind and considerate. We loved this hotel for the location and the staff made the trip extra special.

This modern and elegant design hotel offers self-catering accommodation with free Wi-Fi and panoramic views of New York City. Such a well designed room, very comfortable, staff friendly. Great location for getting around New York, I was able to walk to every Broadway show I wanted to see. Also the bar it shared space with was incredible!

Sherri at the front desk was exceptionally helpful, give that lady a raise :) Location was perfect, I loved being on park ave.
