Rooms were good and the breakfast was very good with different dishes daily. We thought that the location was slightly far from the street food but Saturday night market proved us wrong. 7/11 is just round the corner. The poolside area is fantastic to laze around. Free flow of bottled water and tea, coffee with biscuits.

Totally exceeding our expectations and what we have paid for. All the staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They always greet the guests with smiles. They also assist us from online through Booking messaging to offline during our actual stay. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable; especially, the shower provides hot and strong water pressure. The facility in general is also very new and well-maintained. The breakfast is delicious with mnay varieties. And there are free 24/7 coffee machine, juice bar, instance noodles, snacks, etc. which is totally marvelous. The location is close to both the airport and Old Town. There is also a night market, 7-11s, tons of cafes and restaurants nearby. It only takes 10 minute to get to One Nimman, Maya malls, more modern area by car.

It's a very pleasure stay for me and my family during our first visit to Chiang Mai. The host and hostess have been very kind and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The location is not inside the old city but very close to the Chiang Mai gate and the night market we visited couple of times. Overall, I was very glad and lucky to choose this hotel. The bed is super comfortable and I had some very nice views from my room and the owner was very friendly and helped me with anything I needed, definitely recommend!

Located in Chiang Mai, 300 metres from Chiang Mai Gate, Nuan Boutique Hotel provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. We had a very relaxing, pleasant stay and felt welcome in Nuan Hotel. The room was bright, clean and comfortable, good for a family of 4. Kids liked especially the seperate space only for them with a futon. We had a sitting area in the room as well as at the balcony. The hotel paid attention to detail: there was a drying rack at the balcony, umbrellas in case of rain. Beds were super comfy with 2 pillows to chose from. The service was really good. Hotel helped us with everything despite the staff speaking little English. At breakfast we asked if there is any watermelon and it was served 5 minutes later. Breakfast was tasty and fresh, coffee delicious. Location is very convenient, just outside the old city. Pool is small but enough for children to cool after a long day (actually it was bigger than I expected from the photos).
