Pool was clean and refreshing. Location was walking distance to anything we needed and easy to find for grab. I cannot say enough about the staff, everyone was so pleasant and helpful.

Decorations is very good. If we go to Chieng mai in the future, this hotel is our the first choice.

We had an excellent stay at Zivi. The staff were extremely welcoming and made our stay feel like home. The room was very clean and well maintained. Amenities provided in the room were excellent including coffee machine (in dining area) with many capsules to choose from. The room and bathroom were more spacious than typical in Chiangmai and just perfect for us (we were 3 people with added extra bed). Location is perfect if you want to explore Nimman area which has lots of cafes and restaurants nearby all day round.
