“The location was spectacular. It was private and out of the town center. There was a 360 degree beautiful view of the sea, mountains, waterfall and town. And it was possible to see the northern lights from the hot tub. It's also a great place to stay for families. There are chickens on the property. You can take a walk around as there is a lot of open space. We were told that there were horses that could be fed, although we didn't have the opportunity. It snowed while we were there. Kids could easily play outside within view of parents inside.”

“The most comfortable and spacious accommodation of our Iceland vacation. We stayed for two nights, explored mainly the Snaefellsjökul park, and we really loved it. When we arrived, the house was open, waiting for us, with a note from the owner – and in the same way we left the house open. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, living room (TV + DVD player + DVDs), washing and drying machine, even the washing powder was available – very convenient after one week of travelling. Wifi connection was perfect. The design is pleasant, if you like IKEA you will feel like at home.”
