NOT GETTING A SINGLE APOLOGY FROM SHAWNDA, the feont desk clerk. Incredibly rude and never once offered concern for my troubles or offered a solution whatsoever.
After packed my things up ans took them to my car, i called booking.com where once communicatiin had been established, i put the call on speaker so Shawnda could hear that booking.com rep was explaining the following steps to process a refund, i was told that she was about to call the cops. I reminded her that booking had just sent the email now. She said that checking the email would be DONE ON HER OWN TIME
I travel for work for almost 10 years - NEVER EVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS - EVER

Pensacola is my hometown, The city (downtown) has undergone a major transformation over the last 1 years and is now a vibrant downtown area that is fun as well as looks great. Pensacola is a very historic city. You should check it out. The beaches are as good as you can find anywhere in the world and the Naval Aviation Museum is absolutely awesome.

My trip was to take my husky to visit friends and to also his first trip to the Gulf. Pensacola has beautiful beaches and so many pet friendly places. We even found a dog park called Bark Park in Lexington Terrace that was extremely fun. We're gonna visit all these areas when we go back.

Liked all about it.Even though the room with a king bed wasn't available due to plumbing problems the room with two double beds was just fine. The room had everything you could need. Coffee maker with several coffee pods sugar cream stirrers. Room also had an ironing board and iron. Nice safe location. Will most likely stay there on future trips to mississippi.

Disappointing.
Booking included Breakfast. No Breakfast.
It seemed like all guests were grouped together, making for noise and congestion.
Beds, while comfortable, made a banging sound.
Better choices available for the money.

Pensacola Historic District is great!
Pensacola Historic District is great! We got tickets on the Hop on Hop Off and it was helpful to get a feel for the area. We ate at some of the best restaurants, The Iron, Kalbi Intchiban, O'Reily's and Nicks Boathouse. We did not have a bad meal the entire time and coming from Palm Beach, we are somewhat picky about restaurants. Getting around is really easy especially if you stay close to the historic district.
the couple who hosted me were absolutely amazing. They were very sweet and even made me dinner my first night there. The location is great. It’s so close to Pensacola Beach and Destin was not a bad drive either. The bed was amazing. The backyard was great. Definitely use the hot tub! The music can be linked to your blue tooth. It had a pool and sitting areas. Overall it was an amazing deal and would stay again!:) oh and they have two very sweet older pups.
the property was in a nice, quiet area. The rooms were great….beds were comfortable….nice and clean. Worth ever penny. I love how quiet and peaceful it was throughout the hotel. The staff was great to us…and even the maids were nice and kind. Our family will definitely book at this property again when returning for our trips in Pensacola. Oh how can I forget, the beach is about 15-20 minutes away depending on traffic.
RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY 100/10
Worst place I have ever stayed. It was dirty, there were roaches crawling. There were what appeared to be homeless people walking around in the parking lot. All photos of the hotel and accommodations were at least 20 years old. If I had not booked on line and been refused a refund I would not have stayed there.
Was traveling and could not afford to lose that much money.
Convenient location to visit Pensacola at affordable price compared to other hotels. Staff was friendly and accommodating, got checked in before 3 pm. It was great to have staff who understand that travelers are tired from all the driving when they reach the hotel and needed the room as soon as possible.
I had read the reviews and honestly I don't know why they are like that. The hotel was amazing for the price! It was like a mini apartment. It was clean and the staff was very friendly! Not too far from the beach either! My family will definitely be staying here every time we come to Florida!
This is a lovely turn-of-the-century house that is great to stay in when you want a break from hotel chains and want to experience a home-like environment in charming Victorian style. Barbee was welcoming and attentive to our needs and she also serves a great breakfast!
Visited Pensacola for the first time to visit my son whose in tech school on.one of the military bases. This hotel was very nice with friendly staff & in my opinion it is close to alot of restaurants & gas stations... really enjoyed my stay!
We loved everything about the house.
Location is brilliant, you don't want to stay near the beach in pensacola, too busy and lots of traffic. This area was conveniently close to everything with a short drive to the beaches.
The inside and outside of the hotel were very well kept! The rooms and lobby area were very well updated and clean! I was very impressed by the quality of the hotel considering it was a cheaper place. We will be back!
