The cabin was perfect for 2 people, very cozy & clean. Complementary snacks and drink vouchers, coffee and tea provided along with the kettle perfect for making hot cocoa, plenty of blankets and a fire place to stay warm on a rainy day, or a fireplace outside to make s’more’s on a nice summer night, comfy bedding, and a decent sized bathroom/shower.

Beautiful property with well-maintained grounds and a thoughtfully designed cabin featuring stunning floor-to-ceiling windows. The heated floors were a pleasant surprise—even in the summer! The shower had great water pressure and consistent hot and cold options. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities, including kayaking, the sauna, and the swimming pool. The on-site restaurant serves some of the best food in town and offers a breathtaking view overlooking the lake. A truly relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Darren and Susan, the hoteliers, were lovely and welcoming. Their home is gorgeous and they made every effort to ensure we had a great stay. The rooms are huge and well-appointed - the spa bath particularly. The home-cooked breakfast and the special steel-cut oat dish was a nice touch, thank you so much.

This hotel is an absolute GEM!! This is the highest star hotel you will find in this area. The staff is over the top kind and wanting to provide the best possible stay. The rooms are incredibly clean, the beds are very comfortable, breakfast is free and brought straight to your door in the morning and the Molton Brown bath products are the cherry on top! Parking is super convenient, the restaurant downstairs is probably the best food in the county AND the price is incredibly reasonable! I can't say enough good things.
