Breakfast, stuffs, and rooms are wonderful. Newspaper provided. I have to say they have maintained the facility very well and everything looks pretty new even after a decade. My first stay in this hotel is 2015, and I was feeling very comfortable about the room. Even almost a decade later, everything was still looking very new. And the pricing of the stay is excellent. The restaurant street is just underneath of the building. Very convenient!

Great location for going to Dotonburi St, and for using Nippombashi Station. Room was on the 11th floor so I had a great view of the city of Osaka. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and made a couple of hiccups easy to deal with. The breakfast buffet that we decided to pay for was quite good and had a lot of variety; some items offered would change daily. The bed was probably the softest one that I slept on during my trip.

The minion decor was awesome, it was a 5 minute walk to universal studios and out the back of the hotel is a ferry that takes you directly to the aquarium/Lego discovery center.

Actual hotel and immediate area seemed very upscale. For the price we paid, we were impressed and satisfied. Lots of free toiletries and amenities and our room was cleaned daily (fresh towels, trash disposal and beds made) for no extra cost.
