The room is very large and comfortable. They provide drinking water and toiletries. There's a TV but I didn't watch it so can't comment on the availability of channels. There's plenty of restaurants for good food, shops and atms nearby. The hotel is a 1 minute walk to the bus offices. The tuk tuk driver who offers tours here is great and is very reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly.

This is a family business owned by very hospitable hosts. We received so many treats, from a welcome snack at moment we arrived till desert every evening.
