Outstanding service at an amazing zen hotel. We had narrowed down our stay between Viroths and FCC and we definitely made the right choice. This is leagues above.

This property is amazing with beautiful modern clean rooms - me and my friend each had a honeymoon suite which was right by the pool. Rooms were kept nice and cool by the AC and strong ceiling fan to beat the heat and humidity of outside. Lush green surroundings around the rest of the property too, living up to the name of the hotel perfectly! Location is great too - on a nice quiet street but only a couple of blocks away from all of the main action. What really stood out for us was the staff - absolutely incredible. The manager made sure to check in with us both before and during our stay and we were always greeted by big smiles from all the staff who remembered our names, and also greeted with nice cold towels when returning back from tours, which was a really nice touch. We could not believe the quality of the property and the service for the price! We would definitely stay here again and recommend that you do too!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay — including a super comfy bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a great view. Housekeeping did a wonderful job each day, and I appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water and toiletries. The location was perfect — close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet — a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This place is so amazing I can’t believe the value for money you get here. the staff are so friendly, the food is really nice (breakfast was okay, but lunch and dinner was really nice). when you come back from a day out or just a quick walk around the block, they always have a cold towel and tea ready for you when you come back. and the massages here are absolutely wonderful and not overpriced.

This is a good project to help the community and one of the reasons I stayed there. It really feels like a family. Staff was really nice and helpful, and arranged our transfer from and to the airport. Room was clean, big and spacious. There are toiletries in the toilet. We didn't realize there is a switch on the toilet for hot water so in the first day we had cold shower :p Do pay attention to the red switch by the sink. The hotel has 2 pools, one by the entrance, and another on the rooftop on the other building. On the other side of the pool there's an area where you can enjoy the sunset. Really nice vibes. It has a restaurant that serves an à la carte breakfast with some options for you to choose, including eggs benedict. Location is not in the city center but they have tuk tuk at 1USD from the hotel, and you can request to be picked up a few hours later. They also organize tours of the temples that you can personalize.

The hosts were wonderful, always there to help and spoiling me with rice cakes and other delicacies. Ask for January as your tuk tuk driver / guide. He knows everything about Battambang and will take you on a discovery tour of the area. Really worth it!

We've just spent 11 days exploring Siem Reap from the wonderful Nature hotel! This place was so lovely to stay in with incredible , friendly & warm service from all of the staff, but especially Mr Yin, Mr Run, Mr Joseph & our driver Mr Sok Cheat. Between them they managed all of our amazing tours and transport, very yummy meals and drinks, all at a very reasonable price and a huge amount of care. Our poolside room was wonderful and the pool our favourite yet! We cannot recommend them highly enough and will be sure to return - they filled our stay with many positive experiences 😊💖

This was a wonderful, quiet hotel resort just outside of Siem Reap. Our bungalow was spacious and very comfortable. The common areas were inviting, and the pool refreshing, especially after spending the morning/afternoon exploring Angkor Wat. The staff was friendly, helpful, and considerate. We liked it so much that we extended our stay by 1 more night, just to enjoy everything. We highly recommend it!
