Location: excellent location not far from the Sapporo JR station (where you can take trains to the airport, about 10 minute walk), also next to local metro station. the best part is that, it's close to the central shopping street, where you can find nice small shops. Also several Japanese restaurant and izakaya next door, there is a Family Mart convenience store on first floor. About 5 min walk to REI hotel where most of tours pick up their guests. Room is not big, but bigger than the ones in Tokyo. And there is a hot bath pool in the hotel, you can enjoy everyday.

Location was close to transport and food. Was easy to travel around. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. We stayed 5 nights and they upgraded us for 3 nights. The washing machine was helpful for those who on longer trip in Japan. We enjoy the coffee.

Your concierge is excellent, Ms Harada, who spoke very good English, and organised taxi tours for us. She worked very hard to make sure it was what we wanted. Please thank her. The hotel is very convenient for trains, and we will use it again if we return to Sapporo. The staff in your restaurants were very helpful and made us feel very welcome.

Loaction was terrific! The hotel suited our needs and was as expected as per photos on their page. It was very busy during the snow festival week which is when we visited. It was one of our more expensive stays of the trip due to the time we visited but it did the job. The complimentary post lunch/early evening coffees, jucies and soup were appreciated in the lovely communal lobby area. Professional staff too!! I would stay here again happily, however I would also be open to exploring other options. The retractable washing line in the bathroom was a nice touch as well, great for wet clothes after being out in the snow. Decent size rooms and the view from our room was AMAZING!
