The room was small but clean. We had enough space for luggage and shopping. It was near everything in Namba. There was a convenience store beside the hotel-Lawson's. It was in front of the entrance to the Kurumon Market. It was very near the Namba Nankai Station for airport access. It was also near a Takashimaya. I really loved being able to wander through the Namba station mall, and Namba walk but still be near the hotel.

The room (apartment) was spacious and had a washing machine in it. The bathroom was also very nice. I liked the comfort of the beds as well. The service center location transported our bags to the hotel as we were several hours before check-in, and even delivered them to our room.
