We had a lovely time here when we landed in Sumatra, so much that we came back again when we were leaving Sumatra.
The place is an oasis outside of the city. The staff are friendly and helpful with lots of advice on onward travels in the area and across Indonesia.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, the garden is beautiful and the breakfast is yummy.

We extended our stay night after night just because the family was so lovely and we really enjoyed spending time with them. The area is super quite in the jungle and we could just relax and do a bunch of day trips with rented bicycles, scooter and bus. It is a great place as a base to explore the area.

beautiful setting with lovely restaurants to offer. the chef cooked a stunning beef rengdan which is highly recommended. great facilities in the hotel spa with steam room jacuzzi and sauna all at hand. The staff are very attentive and go out there way to make you feel comfortable and to get to know you on a personal level.
the reception staff really helped with my partners missplaced luggaged which was lost/ left behind at the airport for our connecting flights.
one niggly thing the room was a little cold for our liking but overall would recommend and would stay again.
