Communication and information and orientation was really good. We were given lots of options on what we would like to do and the ways that we could do them. Kaesa organised a taxi driver for us, Uncle Mike who drove us to Lake Toba and was really helpful with sharing information along the way

The family room is spacious and while beds are simple it has a private bathroom with warm shower. Cecilia, our host as Smiley was away, was amazing! She took us on a hike for a sunrise view of surroundings and the volcanoes. Plus she cooked one of the best meals of our vacation! Would stay again anytime!!!
