Dina Home Stay at Desa Wisata Wongayagede, hotel in Jatiluwih

Featuring 1-star accommodation, Dina Home Stay at Desa Wisata Wongayagede is situated in Jatiluwih, 33 km from Tanah Lot Temple and 34 km from Blanco Museum.

It's a really beautiful small village, the people are super friendly and lots of places to visit. The home stay is comfortable with a really nice big bed and one of the biggest bed covering mosquito nets I've ever seen, which was a life saver as the property isn't fully closed and it rained during some of the days. The breakfast was really nice and in the garden, I would just have to sit outside reading a book, enjoying the garden and it would arrive super quickly. Thank you! Home owner was really helpful, and replied very quickly to my many messages! Thank you for recommending the beautiful walk down the rice fields, felt super safe walking around on my own and everyone I met was helpful.

Everything was amazing! The staff are so welcoming, helpful and warm. The food was all freshly prepared with love. The breakfast overnight oats was delicious. So nice to wake up two mornings in the tranquility of the rice paddies and be able to step in and walk about there. I had a massage and it was also so great. The swimming pool was perfect for a dip after trekking the rice paddies. But no need to even go to Jatiluweh as the rice paddies at the hotel are so beautiful Thanks to Ellen and her team for a beautiful stay.

The most beautiful view from the very lovely cottage I stayed at. Fantastic local food was served at my porch The nephew of the owner. Took me on tours Walking in the ricefield. And to visit a very big local temple, which is part of his community We also visit a 700 year old tree and a chocolate factory, where I learned about the process. It was very interesting He speaks fluently English and is local from the area. We had a wonderful time and he is very friendly and easy to talk to So if I could give more than 10..I would do that So I give them the best recommendation

Very sweet owner (thank you for your kindness), very nice place in the middle of the jungle! I really liked the room in the middle in the nature. They both showed me their garden and gave me some yummy fruits, as well they explained how to work on their ricefield. There is also a very nice river next to the accommodation where you can swim at. The food was extraordinary. So definitely come here when you wanna have an extraordinary balenese traditional stay!!! :))

This is basic accommodation, but reasonable value for money.

This is basic accommodation, but reasonable value for money. It's immediately across the road from the terraces, and the walking track access. The owner is a nice guy, and does everything, reception, cleaning, cooking, etc. The breakfast was basic but tasty, and the Chicken Curry he cooked for me for lunch one of the best I've had in a while. He has a very friendly dog that followed me everywhere, and enjoyed a pat and tummy rub.

The region of Jatiluwih is known for the beautiful rice fields. You really have to make a tour through these rice fields by walking. We did the bicycle tour, but without electric bike this is not recommended, because of the very hilly course at the end. We drunk a cup of nice Balinese coffee and ate a delicious pineapple pancake in the village and we noticed that everyone there is nice, helpful and relaxed. We love this place!

Peaceful! Beautiful place for retreat. Plenty of organic fruits to eat. You can laze around and visit places at your own pace. No other mode of transportation than renting a car, though. Would have love to have a local public transport.

Beautiful rice terraces with well-signed walking paths that let you enjoy them thoroughly. There are a number if restaurants with a great view over the rice terraces. I chose the pricier one called Gong Jatiluwih. The food was very nice and the view excellent. The place also has an ATM

Outstanding views of very large rice terrace area.

Outstanding views of very large rice terrace area. Very good walking and cycling on tourist paths around terraces. Could see the well maintained water irrigation systems in action. Walked up the hill round the corner from the rice terraces to the temple at the top of the villages and then found the trekking path and trekked through the forest to the top of Mount Batakaru that is Bali's second highest mountain. Area is therefore very good for rice terrace views and mountain trekking.

A hidden gem of a homestay in Bali. Surrounded by a large rice field with a walking trail, this is a perfect option for anyone looking to immerse themselves in nature. Was well looked after by such kind and friendly hosts who spent the time to chat in depth with me over dinner and give me tips for my future travels in Bali. I was even able to walk their dog when heading out to the sunset viewpoint! Room was large and spacious and I loved the outdoor bathroom. Stayed for just the 1 night but could have happily stayed for a few nights more

My room was just in front of rice field with excellent views, clean and with good facilities. Bed was comfortable, staffs were very friendly. I came at right season of ripping time of all the tropical fruit. I took the advice of the owner, took a walk with guide, anywhere I went, there were fruits hang on trees, fantastic! Weather was very good, 20-27 degrees, nicest weather in Bali, need a sweater at night. Hint: Find a moment to stay outside in the evening, otherwise you will miss the sky with full of stars, and shooting stars.

Tegal Jero is located in a wonderful area of mountains, jungle, rice terraces, close to a charming village and temple. Adi, the host was friendly and helpful. We recommend excursions with Yoman, the taxi driver and especially recommend a trek in the jungle with our wonderful guide, Koman. The unit included two bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom and a living area. The lanscape was beautiful. We had a great time staying at Tegal Jero. Excellent value for money.

We loved staying at Dwan Tea and regret not booking more nights. We felt like staying at our uncle or aunts place but with all the great features of a hotel. The staff was soooo nice and we had so many great conversations together. The room was huge, very luxurious and just amazing furniture and super comfy bed. And the pool and the view....wow!!!! It was an amazing night and morning at Dwan and if we come back to Bali we will definitely stay there again!

You like jungle? Good You like the sounds of nature? Good The staff of Tepi Sawah will cook delicious food for you, can provide Balinese massages - all the while Putu will be the man for all questions - and sympathetically so! We felt super welcome and enjoyed every second. We had delicious breakfast, an awesome jungle trek with Putu - with so much information about nature, religion and spiritualism - and many delicious dinners! An awesome place!

It was a cozy place nested in the middle of nature, Ibu Nyoman was so accommodating, they prepared a bed for our driver which not so many places do in Bali, we helped her in cooking, we prepared a very comfy family dinner together, set up the table, in the morning the place was beautiful, the beds were comfy, and the toilets were open to the sky and natural, loved everything, above all the cute kitten kept us entertained all night and day.

This is a very artistic house, with amazing views of the near-by volcanic mountains. It's a quiet place so bring a book for the sun lounger. The staff prepared an unexpected array of traditional.dishes for dinner which we ate by candle light. They even lit an open fire in the evening. Breakfast was also very nice. We enjoyed their own home grown tea and were given a gift of tea when we left. Very nice people.

The hotel is very close to the rice terraces of Jatiluwih although it’s super quiet and the view from the rooms is just beautiful. The staff was really nice and helpful, we were the only ones staying that night and they cooked a delicious Indonesian meal for us. The continental breakfast was also very good! The room was big and clean, with TV, fan and a large bathroom with hot water. The bed was really comfy.

So yourself a favor and stay there for one or two nights. - Clean, spacious, redone rooms with lots of light. - View over the terraces - from your bed. - Steps away from the trails. - Near restaurants. I felt good there. I would come back and work remotely from there if I wanted to escape the traffic of Ubud and take some fresh air on the trails.

A lovely place hidden 100m from a very quiet main road. Perfect for peace and relaxation. Ibu Nyoman and Pak Gede were tremendous hosts and ibu's evening meals - mainly foraged from the garden - were wonderful. About 20 minutes from the Jatiluwih rice terraces but don't miss a visit to Subak Piak which is not well known but really beautiful.
