The garden and 360° view is breathtaking. When the weather was nice, we didn't want to leave the swing and the hammock on the terrace. The surroundings were serene. Tsotne (owner's soon) speaks fluent English, is very welcoming and extremely helpful with tips on what to visit. The house is very specious and we were very grateful that the family entrusted us with their home. Owners live just 20 minutes away and were very flexible with check in and check out on the day we were there. The WiFi worked very well, beds very comfortable.

Amazing hotel at the heart of Kutaisi. Extremely comfy beds, great decor, excellent showers and amazing staff, always kind and eager to help. Special thanks to Nia, Roma and Luka.
