The Staff is amazing, namely the young lady that had shown more experience, probably the responsible of Reception (I should know her name...). The way she welcomed us, recommended and booked the restaurante on our demand (and granted the booking of a table in the balcony overlooking the river), the taxi to go to Tbilisi, etc. The other staff is also very helpful on every moment. Breakfast is great with a lot of options with a good aura. This hotel is a very good value for money and a blessing to Kutaisi. A final note to the taxi driver, name Iraqi (I'm not sure how it's written), it's a fabulous person and safe driver.

Compared to Tbilisi the people here are less used to...
Compared to Tbilisi the people here are less used to tourists. And (generalizing) they are more 'show off' people. Me and my gf are an unusual couple (tall dutch guy and little georgian girl) but we were often rude stared at. Much more than in Tbilisi. Since they thought my gf is also foreigner they gossiped about us while standing next to them. Being called stupid tourists while doing nothing wrong is weird. I felt less welcome and comfortable than in Tbilisi. Kutaisi itself has a few nice things to offer, but 1-2 days is enough for city itself. It is however excellent located for several excursions in the beautiful imereti region.

Kutaisi is a great city as a starting point to discover Georgia. Kutaisi is a lovely town itself, completely different than Tbilisi or Batumi. There's a nice old town and the street markets are very authentic and not the same as the usual basars. Around the town you can find a couple of national parks and other cities which are great for day trips, like Chiatura, the Okatse Canyon and Prometheus caves. In the beginning we had some problems to find an open restaurant, since the information at Tripadvisor are not up-to-date. But after a while we found some good places just by walking around. Also people from Imereti are pretty hospitable and friendly!

Really cozy and quiet hotel with modern interiors in 5-7 minutes walk from the city center. The terrace, as it's mentioned in the title, is a key feature on the roof of the hotel. We enjoyed fascinating panoramic views from the balcony, fresh breakfast in the morning, lovely garden around the building, responsive and friendly staff. Definitely a great choice for a trip around Imereti region or a short stay on the way from Kutaisi airport to Tbilisi!

The location is quiet, only 10-15 mins if walking time to the center. The lady host was amazing, friendly and understanding, very welcomimg but at the same time she gives you space to do your own thing which is perfect! Breakfast was delicious, eggs pancakes, some veggies, bread, sausages what else do you need before long hot day ahead of you, just perfect! The room has an air-con so my sleep was comfortable. Clean shower and toilet. You also have a shared small kitchen, where you can enjoy a tea and coffee whenever you want.

The breakfast was amazing! Fresh food from the village and big selection to suit any taste. The owner let us try his homebrew alchohol which was very nice. We checked in very late night and he was there kindly waiting for us. The room was preheated on a very cold night which made the sleep comfortable. Rustic and farm house feel from outside with modern and clean clean rooms. Would stay again 100% fantastic value for money.

The hotel is locat next to the market and there are good restaurants near the as well. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. While it may not offer the luxuries of a higher-end hotel, the amenities provided were sufficient for a pleasant stay. Overall, it's a decent option for those looking for a budget-friendly and comfortable accommodation with friendly service. 10/10 for me.
