Only 300 metres from Santa Maria Novella Station in central Florence, Hotel Bencidormi offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with self-adjusting air conditioning. Free luggage storage facilities are available. The location is excellent, very close to the train station and the central area. Our hosts were very flexible and accommodating to our needs. The room was cleaned and made up every day. Breakfast was at a nearby Cafe, with excellent choices of beverage and food, within the parameters of local culture. We were greeted upon our arrival and assisted with our luggage. It was lovely in every way!

The Market Urban Hotel is ideally located 200 metres from Santa Maria Novella Train Station and 450 metres from the Fortezza Da Basso Exhibition Centre. Florence Cathedral is a 10-minute stroll away. The staff was really lovely and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

My favorite hotel during our Italy trip. I highly recommend Hotel Rapallo. The breakfast was fantastic and the free afternoon snacks were always so wonderful to come home to after a long day of walking around Florence. The staff was so helpful too! When we missed our tour (one I booked separately), they quickly helped me out and booked us another one for the following day. No fuss. I should have just asked them to book for me from the start! At no extra fee too! We just paid the tour people directly. The room had everything we needed and it was just such a comfortable stay. I will stay here again.

Boasting an ideal location in Florence city centre, Hotel Nella is a 3-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella Train Station and from the Fortezza da Basso Congress Centre. Great little hotel with the best, friendliest and willing to help people who run it. Hotel covers every basic need of a leisure traveler who is not too fussy about everything and theocatiok is amazing, right in the centre of things and short walking distance from the central railway station. Special thanks to Alejandra who is a one-woman show.

Set in a 19th-century building, Hotel Cosmos is in the heart of Florence, 300 metres from the Fortezza da Basso convention centre and 1 km from Florence Cathedral. Erittäin siistiä kaikkialla hotellissa, toimiva ilmastointi, huoneessa jääkaappi, erittäin siisti ja moderni, riittävän tilava kylpyhuone ja suihku, jossa hyvä paine, loistava valaistus huoneessa ja kylpyhuoneessa (erillinen peilivalo ja lukuvalo sängyssä), hyvä sänky ja uudenoloiset siistit patjat, kirjoituspöytä. Hotelli sijaitsi erinomaisella paikalla lähellä palveluja, mutta rauhallisen kadun varrella, joten kaupungin melua ei kuulunut lainkaan. Huoneesta oli kiva näkymä sisäpihalle. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta.
