Staff was super friendly and helpful. Super nice and clean room with two balconies, very close to the metro, cafés, bars and restaurants. Perfectly decorated and furnished, comfortable bed, even earplugs were provided.

The hotel is beautiful and the history of how it was built was very interesting. The staff at reception and in the breakfast room was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Aquest Mercure està situat a 2 minuts a peu del parc de Planten un Blomen, el llac d'Alster i el barri de Schanzenviertel. Breakfast was exceptional. Lot of options, high quality food. Rooms were nice, spacious. Good access to metro, walking distance to town centre, very close to University. I appreciated their sustainability policy for cleaning.

Room was big, spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities. Situated near city center and near by tourist attractions. Staff were very friendly and supportive.
