L’hotel es troba en una zona tranquil.la, just al costat del parc zoològic d’Hamburg. Està molt ben comunicat amb el centre de la ciutat, a uns 15 minuts, aproximadament, en transport públic.Just al costat de l’hotel hi ha una parada de bus (H) i el tranvia (U) L’apartament era molt espaiós, els llits molt còmodes i grans, així com el saló, la cuina i el bany. Molt bona il.luminació exterior. I la wi-fi funcionava força bé. Tot l’hotel està preparat per persones amb problemes de mobilitat. Els accessos són molt amples (ascensors, passadissos, portes, banys …) i els espais comuns també. L’esmorzar tipus bufet, molt complert, variat i amb molta fruita natural. No faltava de res. Vam arribar abans de l’hora del chec-in, i ens van deixar una habitació perquè poguéssim canviar-nos, doncs plovia, i també hi vam poder deixar tot l’equipatge. Tot el personal va ser molt amable: el noi i les nois de recepció, les noies del menjador i les noies del servei d’habitacions. Si tornem a Hamburg ens hi tornarem a allotjar sense cap dubte. Hotel molt recomanable i bona relació qualitat preu.

The room has everything I need such as the cooking things(plates, knives, microwave oven, induction cooker). Pretty good place to live. The landlord responded quickly to our need. And the price is also cheap compared to other places. There are 4 supermarkets nearby. Great place I will recommend to others.
