휴식을 취하기 최적의 호텔이었고, 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다. 식사도 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 작은 문제가 있었는데, 욕조의 수도꼭지가 고장나있었던 것을 밤 늦게 확인했고, 밤10시가 넘은 시간이었어서 직원이 도와주는데에도 어려움이 많았습니다. 결국 고치지는 못했지만, 방을 바꿔달라는 요청을 들어주었고 다른 방에서 편히 잤습니다. 비록 불편함은 좀 있었지만, 호텔측에서도 최선의 대응을 해준 것 같습니다.

최고의 숙소. 청결도 완벽. 가격도 완벽. 모든것이 완벽한 숙소였습니다. 호스트가 알려준 미테르질 동네 역사깊은 양조장 겸 레스토랑은 (호텔이기도 함) 최고의 저녁식사가 될 수 있게 해주었고, 오스트리아 음식이 얼마나 맛있는지 알게해준 경험이었습니다. 오랫만에 어머니집에 온듯한 착각이 들 정도로 편안한 분위기 그리고 호스트는 어머니처럼 다정했고 친절했습니다. 매우 정성스러운 조식도 매우 맛있습니다. 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.
