This was a great place to stay in Tamarindo. The small complex was an oasis in a busy tourist town. Liked the breakfast (different everyday), coffee available early, lots of closet space so you could hide all of your luggage and keep the place neat, quiet and excellent ceiling fan, small fridge, free bottled water everyday. Finally, we spent a lot of time in the pool as it was 35 degrees and up while we were there - it was a lovely refuge. Book it!

This villa house is majestic and shows you a more rustic, beautiful side of Tamarindo Costa Rica. It’s very private and safe! The villa is lovely, open concept and comfortable and the pool and patio are lovely. The wildlife surrounding the property are all unique and beautiful and should be treasured and not killed if they try to wander in the house. There are howler monkeys, lizards, many beautiful birds, butterflies, and interesting native insects. At night you can see the stars shine bright in the sky with zero light pollution. The rooms all have a great size with private bathrooms each and all have an outdoor shower which is exhilarating. Please do yourself a favor and stay here for a memorable experience in Costa Rica. Eyner is very helpful in all ways to help get you from airport, get you rides to beach or in town, help you get food delivered right to the house (but keep in mind you will want to have cash for all these things). Look no further for your couples, group or family stay in Tamarindo area. The house has marvelous vibes and everyone is sure to chillout and have a great vacation together 😀❤️ Also, 100% stop by the nearest restaurant called Finca for a casado or pizza! So tasty! And make a trip to the Altos de Eros Spa ❤️ they pick you up and drop you off, and definitely a once in a lifetime experience.

The suite was so well designed and decorated. The hosts were very friendly, gave us great suggestions for dining out and places to visit. They both are talented artists and their art is displayed tastefully around the property. Beautiful lush tropical landscaping around the suite gave a very private feel. The private outdoor shower was an unexpected and appreciated surprise. Overall, this little hidden treasure is ideal for any amorous couple to enjoy privacy, beauty, comfort, and quick access to Costa Rica's hospitality. The suite is located close to the beaches, restaurants, and shops in town as well. Liz and I would definitely love to go back!

We had a nice big room with beautiful interior design. The host told us many nice spots for food and activities in the area when we arrived. When I forgot my Kimono in the room after leaving, she even sent it to San Jose for me. Definitely a recommendation!

La Ramona Charming is a lovely 5 unit hotel, just a few mins away from everything you need. The hotel is family owned. They are all very friendly and helpful. A daily breakfast is made to order and it is delicious. You won’t walk away hungry for sure! The hotel is tucked away on a quiet side street, just a 5 min walk to the shops and beach. The rooms are comfy and the wifi works well. We were a group of four and stayed in the family suite. It worked well for us. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel staff were outstanding throughout my stay, from the front desk to the restaurant and other areas of the property. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and there were always chairs available by the pool and the beach. The room was cozy and had everything needed for a short stay- we purchased the breakfast one of the days (cost $10 USD) and it was quiet nice- price on par, if not slightly cheaper, with breakfast options elsewhere in the area.

It is located very close to the city centre without hearing any noise. It is also very secured. Breakfast is great too (the avocado toast is perfection!). Elisa (the owner) has been very kind and welcoming, and gave us some good tips for our stay. I highly recommend booking there!

Clean, spacious with A/C which we needed because it hit 40degrees outside one day. Nice pool with great seating for relaxation and even a setup for remote working under a cooling palapa. Great location, away from the hustle of Tamarindo but still close to a few restaurants and an amazing quiet beach for those spectacular sunsets. Highly recommend for couples looking for quality time together. Pura Vida.
