Located 550 metres from the Central Black Sea Beach in Sozopol, Villa Rosi features a large lush garden with a fountain and seating area. Free WiFi is also available. Great location to discover Sozopol old town and central beach in the morning and by night- walk just 7-10min., just bear in mind it's up the hill:) Family run place with a great atmosphere, very cozy and clean, lots of space in apartment, beautiful siting area in the small garden. Wonderful owners, extremly helpful, offered us a lift from the bus stop- many thanks!! A place to return:)

The property is located right in the middle of old town, close to restaurants and has quick access to the beach. Parking lot is also really close (around 5 minutes walking distance). The property fits 4 people. We appreciated the fact that the property had an iron + iron table. There was a fridge for each floor. The streets around the house are quiet over night. The host was very kind to us when we asked for a late check out (stayed at the property until 5PM, even though we were supposed to leave at 11AM). All around great experience, highly recommend for a family with kids or 2 couples.

We had a fantastic holiday at Happy U House . It's a beautiful, spacious house at a fantastic location very close to the beach. It's a home away from home, the hosts think of everything! They are very kind and caring people. I would rate both the house and hosts as 5 *. Also love the tranquil location & quirky beach bars nearby. I would highly recommend Happy U house. We hope to return again.

Nice location with sea view in a closed area of houses of the same type. Very well maintained with big green part, pebbled pedestrian streets, swimming pool and access to the sea.

Nastanitev SG Villa je v okrožju Budjaka (Sozopol), le 3 min hoje od znamenitosti Plaža Kavatsi, in ponuja fitnes, vrt, skupni prostor za druženje ter teraso. The villa is big and luxurious. It was very clean, and the host was really helpful. However, the pool and the area surrounding transformed the backyard into a private beach, so we spend most of the time during the day there. The back porch was also very comfortable, and the view is gorgeous, so we would often dine at the property. The GYM is very well maintained and I was able to keep up with my training regiment on the vacation. The size of the house was more than enough to accommodate our group without us even feeling each other's presence during the night. We had a great time, and will definitely return again!

The city Sozopol is our favorite, we arrived in a familiar environment. So we chose Villa Burkopolis and it was really a very good choise. Nice host, fully equipped house. Everything we needed for our stay was available.

Budzhaka Villa is a detached villa situated in Sozopol, 550 metres away from Kavatzite Beach and 1.1 km from Bamboo Beach. Guests benefit from a terrace, a sauna and an outdoor pool. The house was awesome! The view is amazing the kitchen was fully equipped everything was perfect!
