Roman our host made every effort to make us welcome and had prepared Villa Tia to a very high standard. The beds were extremely comfortable with memory foam mattresses which contributed to a most restful nights sleep. The pool was attended to every couple of days and the property as a whole was spacious in a modern contemporary style and well maintained. There is a local fruit and veg stall across the road which also supplies home made cheese, wine and spirits. A bakery and minimarket are within a 10 minute walk away, and the main town of Zadar is within a 15 minute drive.

The house was nice and clean. More than enough space for the 4 of us. The pool and the garden around it were amazing. The house was pretty close to the centrum of zadar (a 10 min drive). The communication with the host was great.
