Fantastic location- you feel close to the restaurants and centre of Kardamyli but also two minutes from the beach. Very high quality finish to the property with a lovely kitchen. I don’t like feeling too isolated or cut off from interesting places you can walk to on holiday- at Aloni Ekies you have the pleasant sensation of staying in a village-like setting with two small pansions and the police station opposite. Regular gardener and pool cleaning plus a full villa clean once a week.

We are a family with 3 kids and we rented the villa with another family with 2 kids. Even though we were a large group with many kids, the villa accommodated us all very comfortably. It is well equipped and all amenities are in excellent condition. It is built on a mountain overlooking the bay of Kardamili and the view is great. I particularly enjoyed swimming in the pool watching the sunsets (highly recommend it if you visit...). The nearest beach and the town of Kardamili are only minutes away by car and other popular beaches and locations in Mani such as Oitylo and Areopoli are within driving distance. Leo was a very good host and was very attentive to our needs.

Most beautiful bungalows in an enchanted garden with sneak views to the Mediterranean through an olive grove. We loved our breakfasts, afternoons and evenings in the patio. The fridge was stocked, even coffee, wine and snacks were provided for our convenience. The Hause was sparkling clean with cleaning service each day. Excellent restaurants along the nice walkway to Kardamyli. we joined the Kardamyli festival and had the nicest accommodation of all we met :-). Poppy is a lovely host and she runs a great place.

This little beach front house was the highlight of our stay on the Peloponnese. We booked it spur of the moment and last minute, and we're so glad we did. In the middle of a heat wave it was wonderful to sit outside and watch the waves lapping the shore and enjoy the cool breeze. We could swim and snorkel right in front of the house, or walk a few minutes to Ritsa beach. No need to hire sun lounges, they are provided. A chilled out traditional restaurant right behind completed the picture, and a short walk to the rest of the fabulous Kardamyli restaurants. A perfect base to explore the Mani. I wish we had stayed longer. Eleftheria was so warm and welcoming, we felt that all we had to was ask if we needed anything.

The pictures do not do this home justice - the location is incredible with views overlooking an expansive olive grove that extends down to the sea with the mountains behind. The property is perfect, it is well appointed inside and has a lovely terrace for outside dining as well as a hammock and outdoor shower. Our hosts Eva and Aleka were incredibly generous. On our first morning we were treated to an exceptional breakfast with produce from their garden, and after returning from a long hike, Aleka gave us a wonderful lunch and gifts of herbs and salt on our departure. She was like our fairy godmother!
