What a privilege to stay in such a beautiful place, and we were lucky enough to be the third set of people to stay there! Waking up every morning to utter silence was just heavenly - the only sound was goat bells and birds. The location was excellent - just a short drive to Fiskardo and some lovely walks around the area - just wander up or down the road and every nook and cranny is interesting! The villa was really beautiful and stylish, while still being incredibly comfortable too. You can tell there is a lot of care that has gone into every part of this villa and we enjoyed every minute. We have stayed in other villas near Fiskardo and this beats all the others in terms of comfort and beauty.

An extremely well located property with easy access to town and an excellent view. The house was very comfortable with every amenity. We appreciated the warm welcome and being met by the host’s representative. We were also grateful for the water and provisions left for us.

Set in Fiskardho, 1.8 km from Xylokaravo Beach and 5.6 km from Port Fiskardo, ARCHITECT’S VILLA offers a private beach area and air conditioning. This villa has a private pool and a garden.

Privacy and extensive grounds were lovely. Access to a private beach was a bonus. Pool was very clean and a good size. Villa was a good mix of traditional and modern. All amenities in the villa were available and spotless. Welcome pack was comprehensive. Early evening goat orchestra was magical. The host was freely available should we have needed.

Great villa with a superb view. The sunrises over Ithica every morning are breathtaking. Lovely and clean and plenty of room, perfectly functional. We didn't hire a car, so 40 minute walk to Fiskardo or 30 minutes the other way to the next village. Panos, the owner was so helpful. Would highly recommend.
