There is a bar/restaurant overlooking the pool, it’s absolutely stunning. The bar has so many games to keep you entertained and to meet people. The food was fantastic, in my 6 nights here, I ate lunch or dinner here many times, always delicious. The best buffet breakfast with a Pho and Egg station. Also I had massages and my nails done at the spa, the team there are so welcoming and the massages were sooo good. All the staff were so friendly, thank you to everyone who made my stay so great, Tracy, Loan, Lien, Tram and of course our little Buny 🐈

At Grand Sunrise Palace Hoi An guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot tub. Guests at the hotel will be able to enjoy activities in and around Hoi An, like cycling. This is an incredible hotel! From the moment you arrive, you are warmly greeted with staff that will help you carry your luggage, hold the doors open etc. Welcome tea was a nice touch. Check in process was smooth with no hiccups. The rooms are fairly new (less than a year old at time of writing), clean and elegantly furnished. Beds are on the softer side but this was good for us. Air con works brilliantly - in fact it got too cold at some points and we had to turn it off! As someone who loves a cold room, this was good. Hotel breakfast buffet was good with a decent selection. I would say it is a cut above the average hotel buffet. Made-to-order meals were good, we had the Pho which is a must try with a light, delicate broth. There is a bar which serves up good coffee. Service was outstanding, from counter staff to the doormen, security etc. Great job, especially by Lily who warmly guided us whenever we needed to throughout our stay. The hotel is located close by to good food - try the Com Ga chicken rice opposite the hotel. Best fried chicken we've ever had. Being away from the old town means you get relative quiet and peace too, especially at night.

Let’s start with the location. It’s about 5min taxi or 20min walk from the old town but secluded enough to be very quiet. 5min taxi to the An Bang beach. The staff is amazing. About the room, I had a Deluxe room with an enormous Plus King-Size bed (see picture). Also, price /quality ratio is beyond our expectations. We will definitely come back next year.

Everything was fabulous: the locations is great, by the river, 2 steps from the old quarter, we had a room with a river view and balcony, that was exceptional. The breakfast was variate, fresh, and very tasty. We also had dinner at the restaurant and the food was also great. Last, but not least, the people working there are wonderful: kind, helpful and so lovely. We miss you and thank you so much for everything! We also booked a driver and did an excursion to My Son organised by the hotel. Everything was so perfect. Good recommendations for activities, restaurants and Taylor. We cannot recommend enough.

The breakfast was nice and had many options but I still would wish a coffee machine that is not a standard in Vietnam. The rooms are spacious and it was cleaned twice. The gym was nice for the hotel standards though extra machines would be nice to see
