The hotel room and the bathroom are clean and well designed. In the beginning they haven't prepared the room for four people, but they quickly prepared an additional bed, so no worries. The staff especially lovely Afshah, was incredibly helpful and patient with me during an emergency situation. Another lady at the front desk, arranged my check in and waited patiently for me to get everything together so I could check in. Afshah arranged a shuttle for me to the hotel, tour guide and a taxi when it was time to leave. Huge relief for me, because I was absolutely exhausted and didn't want to worry about arranging transportation, after a long flight. LOVED the convenience of the wellness center downstairs. I felt so much better after my wonderful massage and wellness treatments by Uchix. The lady at the front desk at the spa was super patient in helping me schedule my wellness treatments. She was awesome! The hotel was so lovely and smelled wonderful. The front desk personnel assisted me with everything and made sure I was comfortable. For several days I felt tired, nervous and a little scared. I had not traveled overseas in almost 3-4 years. This was the right place to recharge before leaving the city. This is a place that makes it convenient for their guests to relax, rejuvenate and heal. Thank you to the lovely staff at Vital. I will definitely be back!
