Well situated in Istanbul, Sultan Suleyman Palace Hotel & Spa offers air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a bar. the staff specially the manager Mr Ali,reception staff Mr yacoub and bell boy Emir…they are excellent in customer service.They made sure our stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible and Mr ali went out of his way to guide us with all the locations and tourist spots ,He even helped me make my plans in the right way .He is a gem of a person…..these staffs need to be awarded who go out of their way to give the best customer service.
