The hotel staff is attentive especially Ms. Zeynep. I received a box of sweets for my birthday from the hotel which was a nice touch. The room was clean. I would like to mention the lady who was cleaning rooms. She did a great job! Overall satisfied with a stay.

The entire experience was awesome. The facility is just something marvelous. The staff is amazing I have never seen such a hospitable staff anywhere always smiling and ready to assist. The staff at arcade deserves a statute they are effortlessly busy the entire day to keep the children happy. Overall it was very memorable.

We stayed for one night but had a nice experience. The breakfast is very nice. There are kettles in the room where we can make coffee. Staff is friendly. In a central location, everywhere can be reached within walking distance. Even the TV channel list is available in the room. You can request extra towels. I recommend the spa center, wonderful Turkish bath and sauna service, free massage service and excellent fish pool.
