We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful restored palazzo right in the centre of the charming town of Gravina. From the warm and friendly greeting, to the sparkling clean and stylishly decorated room, to the amazing breakfast freshly made by a talented in house pastry chef (the cube was one of the best pastries I've had in Italy!), we didn't want to leave. This is the definition of a historic boutique guesthouse, totally updated for modern day needs. We are already looking forward to our next stay. Grazie mille e a presto!

The design of the hotel is outstanding, both from the standpoint of function and aesthetically. The staff are outstanding —all very helpful and friendly. This clearly is something that management cares about. Francesco, who is the owner/manager leads the staff and establishes the hotels tenor beautifully by treating every guest with the highest level of respect and by providing the highest level of hospitality that I have seen. The breakfast is excellent, especially the cappuccini! Adoro Le Carasse!!

Gistirýmið er með verönd og útsýni yfir kyrrláta götu.... We had the best stay of ouf road trip in Tenuta Dorolivo! The tenuta is managed by Francesco - the owner. The place is wonderful and peaceful : in the middle of olive trees fields- 30/35 minutes to go to Lecce ans only 5/7 minutes to Otranto. Everything was perfect : the room extremely clean, well built, high-quality bed, bed for the baby 100% approved and very quiet place. We came with our 5-month baby boy and everything was done to make his stay comfortable and lovely. The breakfast was delicious every morning and especially the specialiatà leccesi. We had special requests and Francesco did his best to fit our requierement. I highly recommend this place if you want to discover Salento area
