Excellent customer care: reception staff were welcoming, friendly and provided great recommendations to help us plan on our stay. We’re also very responsive and attentive. Location is on the main lake-side street of Bellagio. Very charming and nice architecture. Rooms are clean and air conditioned and with good wifi. Didn’t use the spa so can’t opine on that. Everything I did use / experience was 10/10.

Absolutely stunning views.. Beautiful, modern apartment, great furnishing and great hospitality! The kitchen is perfect so much so that, you would wanna cook and eat looking at the beautiful views! The apartment has everything and along with us, our baby enjoyed it too! Marco is a fantastic person and is very helpful and goes out of his way to make sure, your stay is perfect. We used the spa too and that is an incredible perk. It does feel expensive but once you are in the apartment, you see value for money! When I come back, I will choose this property again..
