All areas felt like they had thought off, it’s a beautiful place and delight to stay. It has nice walks, bonfire place, water stream, walking or cycling option, gym, clean and well maintained swimming pool. Rooms are beautiful, with everything that one would want to make your vacation feel like one. We had taken the room with Mountain View, we had reasonable view, some of it was blocked by huge trees, we spotted few animals, it had a balcony, it had huge glass windows which was a delight to just lie down and enjoy the nature. It has good Wi-Fi signal through out the property. Reception The receptionist Sujit was very courteous, friendly, polite and very helpful. Manager We met Arijit- he is the organisational consultant. He was again extremely nice, pleasant, friendly. He took extremely good care of us through out our stay. He made us feel very special. He went there extra length to make sure we got original South Indian food, he got the chef to speak to is ensuring we got the food that we wanted. We wanted to watch the final football match, he made sure the projector was setup and even offered all the guests complimentary tea coffee and snacks. A small gesture which didn’t cost much but the effect was phenomenal on all of us. Staff All the staff have been trained to make all the guests feel special. They are very pleasant, polite and helpful, it was a delight interacting with all of them. They served with a smile and genuinely cared. Chef Benny Varghese came to us and made sure food was to our taste, he even cooked us original South Indian food. Waiter Altaf made us feel special with his very polite manner and smiling face. Food We enjoyed everything we ordered, we thought it was reasonably priced too for a resort. 5 stars to the chef Benny- he can cook really well and 5 stars to his team who serves the guests with a smile.

Serene crest located very calm and peaceful ambiance. but also easily accessible very good road to this heaven. Staff also very friendly and attentive available all time . They prepare very delicious food for us . Breakfast also have wonderful options. Rooms have balcony with very good view. Totaly recommend for who searching for city break. Wonderful property. The stay at resort was wonderful. The manager of the resort, Thomas made our stay as a complete bliss. The service, hospitality, place, climate, all was top notch. The room and bed was little small but well maintained. The manager took special care of our every needs from food to all other services. Food was very hygienic as well as tasty and felt as home prepared as we didn't had any stomach issues. Overall this is a must try resort to stay at Wayanad.

As soon as I entered the gates It felt so tranquil. I stayed in a premium villa, which is really large and airy and has a veranda for watching the birds during the day or just relaxing. The pool area is so peaceful, surrounded by tropical flowers & plants. All the staff went out of their way to help with anything, they were very knowledgeable about all the wildlife, plants and spices. The food here is great too, if I had one small quibble, it’s that you always got way too much food. I would highly recommend Pepper Trail.

I loved everything. It was an impromptu booking and I hadn't even realised the dorm was in a serene and well curated resort. It was such an amazing surprise! The dorm itself is clean, comfortable, with individual beds and hot water. Then Hashid, Dr Sharon, Guida and the whole team just make sure you feel at home at all times. It is a wonderful place to reset in nature and among good-hearted people. I will definitely come back at a first chance.

I liked that fact that this is a small, quiet and very friendly place. Not too many people were there, so my family and I really enjoyed the facility. They had different shows in the evening which they call and remind you about. The staff is really nice. They are very accommodating.

We stayed at the villa with a private pool and the room was massive. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience for two nights. The best part of the entire stay was the outstanding hospitality shown by everyone from management to housekeeping. We travelled with two small babies and every single request we made was accommodated in double quick time. Also to mention, the food is extremely delicious and well made, we had vegetarian food. Will definitely be recommending to my friends and family for a stay here.
