Resort Was beautiful, very well maintained and tastefully decorated. All areas felt like they had thought off, it’s a beautiful place and delight to stay. It has nice walks, bonfire place, water stream, walking or cycling option, gym, clean and well maintained swimming pool. Rooms are beautiful, with everything that one would want to make your vacation feel like one. We had taken the room with Mountain View, we had reasonable view, some of it was blocked by huge trees, we spotted few animals, it had a balcony, it had huge glass windows which was a delight to just lie down and enjoy the nature. It has good Wi-Fi signal through out the property. Reception The receptionist Sujit was very courteous, friendly, polite and very helpful. Manager We met Arijit- he is the organisational consultant. He was again extremely nice, pleasant, friendly. He took extremely good care of us through out our stay. He made us feel very special. He went there extra length to make sure we got original South Indian food, he got the chef to speak to is ensuring we got the food that we wanted. We wanted to watch the final football match, he made sure the projector was setup and even offered all the guests complimentary tea coffee and snacks. A small gesture which didn’t cost much but the effect was phenomenal on all of us. Staff All the staff have been trained to make all the guests feel special. They are very pleasant, polite and helpful, it was a delight interacting with all of them. They served with a smile and genuinely cared. Chef Benny Varghese came to us and made sure food was to our taste, he even cooked us original South Indian food. Waiter Altaf made us feel special with his very polite manner and smiling face. Food We enjoyed everything we ordered, we thought it was reasonably priced too for a resort. 5 stars to the chef Benny- he can cook really well and 5 stars to his team who serves the guests with a smile.

Located in Mananthavady, 20 km from Banasura Hill, Serene Crest Resort provides accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. Serene crest located very calm and peaceful ambiance. but also easily accessible very good road to this heaven. Staff also very friendly and attentive available all time . They prepare very delicious food for us . Breakfast also have wonderful options. Rooms have balcony with very good view. Totaly recommend for who searching for city break. Wonderful property. Woodrose Resort in Kalpatta has a garden and a shared lounge. The property is located 11 km from Soochipara Falls. Asian cuisine is served at the restaurant. The stay at resort was wonderful. The manager of the resort, Thomas made our stay as a complete bliss. The service, hospitality, place, climate, all was top notch. The room and bed was little small but well maintained. The manager took special care of our every needs from food to all other services. Food was very hygienic as well as tasty and felt as home prepared as we didn't had any stomach issues. Overall this is a must try resort to stay at Wayanad.

Clean and neat property, everything arranged well manner, nice talking staffs. Property access is good. Cycling enjoyed. Walking distance to see mountain with fog in the morning time. Excellent hospitality all over.

Sharon, the host, is incredibly sweet, modest, and sensitive. There are no other dorms that are as roomy and well-kept as this one. The complimentary breakfast was so wonderful that I am at a loss for words. The provided dinner was excellent and reasonably priced. This location is like a hidden treasure for travellers. Only for the complimentary breakfast, I'll go again the next time.

I liked that fact that this is a small, quiet and very friendly place. Not too many people were there, so my family and I really enjoyed the facility. They had different shows in the evening which they call and remind you about. The staff is really nice. They are very accommodating.
