Helpful at each and every step. We're grateful to Mr. TAHA & MISS PRERNA at the reception, who guided and helped us in every aspect. We were not comfortable at 19th floor, without any delay Mr. Taha upgraded and shifted us to the room of our choice, where we were very satisfied and confortable. Lawrence and the team were very helpful. It was indeed a well needed break for us and the team absolutely ensured we had a good time. Yoga session was also very nice and the ayurveda wellness sessions were also very rejuvunating for us.
