Hotel novo em folha, tudo muito limpo e bem cheiroso! O que faz o hotel no entanto são os funcionários, que são todos sem excepção, excelentes e super prestativos! Um no brainer para quem quer visitar Trivandrum com conforto e ter hm serviço de excepção. A comida do caffe bar, era também excelente!

Flora Vythiri Resort localiza-se em Vythiri, a 3,7 km de Lago Pookode, e fornece acomodações com bicicletas gratuitas, estacionamento privado gratuito, uma piscina exterior e um centro de fitness. Resort Was beautiful, very well maintained and tastefully decorated. All areas felt like they had thought off, it’s a beautiful place and delight to stay. It has nice walks, bonfire place, water stream, walking or cycling option, gym, clean and well maintained swimming pool. Rooms are beautiful, with everything that one would want to make your vacation feel like one. We had taken the room with Mountain View, we had reasonable view, some of it was blocked by huge trees, we spotted few animals, it had a balcony, it had huge glass windows which was a delight to just lie down and enjoy the nature. It has good Wi-Fi signal through out the property. Reception The receptionist Sujit was very courteous, friendly, polite and very helpful. Manager We met Arijit- he is the organisational consultant. He was again extremely nice, pleasant, friendly. He took extremely good care of us through out our stay. He made us feel very special. He went there extra length to make sure we got original South Indian food, he got the chef to speak to is ensuring we got the food that we wanted. We wanted to watch the final football match, he made sure the projector was setup and even offered all the guests complimentary tea coffee and snacks. A small gesture which didn’t cost much but the effect was phenomenal on all of us. Staff All the staff have been trained to make all the guests feel special. They are very pleasant, polite and helpful, it was a delight interacting with all of them. They served with a smile and genuinely cared. Chef Benny Varghese came to us and made sure food was to our taste, he even cooked us original South Indian food. Waiter Altaf made us feel special with his very polite manner and smiling face. Food We enjoyed everything we ordered, we thought it was reasonably priced too for a resort. 5 stars to the chef Benny- he can cook really well and 5 stars to his team who serves the guests with a smile.

The property has beautiful scenic views and has all the required amenities like a play area, swimming pool and a garden. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and the food served was delicious. The food is cooked fresh based on the guests request. We stayed here for 2nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone especially families travelling with kids.

Gokulam Grand Resort & Spa, Kumarakom encontra-se em Kumarakom, a 4 km de Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary, e apresenta acomodações com uma piscina exterior, estacionamento privado gratuito, um centro de... everything—staff is awesome and attends to your every need, food is superb, massages top notch, and the backwaters are just lovely. I highly recommend!!!

Greet Tea View is one of the best homestays I have ever been to. I had the pleasure of hearing about this place from a close friend of mine who stayed here for a couple of nights. Mr Thomas is a true gentlemen. He made our stay in this property a wonderful time. We enjoyed the lush green mountain view, and we had been traveling for quite some time and we had accumulated a lot of laundry. Mr. Thomas allowed us to wash our clothes and dry them on the roof. He also gave us a lot of help during our stay, for he is truly a generous person. For example, he knew how much I liked to drink coffee at 6 am so he gave me his personal kettle to make as much as I wanted. He also invited us for dinner. His wife is also a wonderful person. Moreover, at the last day he dropped us off at the bus stop and made an effort to help us take the local bus to Kochi
