Situated in Kota Kinabalu and with Filipino Market Sabah reachable within 1.7 km, Ritz Residence @ Imago Loft B 7th Floor features concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a terrace, free WiFi... The Loft was located at the Imago Shopping Mall which had everything I needed when I looked for sunblock and insect repellents for my tours. The staff were super friendly. I checked in extra late (My flight arrived at 1:20 AM) but they waited for me so that I could check in. I asked for recommendations for massages and they continuously helped me through WhatsApp. The place was very nice, my only regret is that I packed my schedule too much that I didn’t get to sleep in longer! It’s a vacation on itself just to stay there. As for late night food or snacks, a restaurant which was located at the front of the Loft was open 24/7 so getting hungry at night was not a problem. The room looked exactly like the photos here.

The host was super nice and the instructions were clear. He even sent a video from the front entrance of the building and through to where the parkade was and where the locker was to retrieve the keys.

This apartment is absolutely a bargain. The apartment is spacious. Every essential need was there, such as an iron and washing machine. The location of this apartment is very convenient (shopping mall right below the apartment). Overall, i would say this is a great apartment to stay, which i believe is the same with previous feedback that i read before i stay here.

Featuring garden views, Homesuite' Home at Aeropod SOVO offers accommodation with balcony, around 2.5 km from Tanjung Aru Beach. Inside the building near Kota Kinabaru Airport and the price is cheap and reasonable. The room was decorated like home and was equipped with TV, refrigerator, and kitchen sink. I was impressed by the self check-in process and the room.
