The staff were exceptional - always smiling, taking an interest in us, always saying hola when we returned etc and very professional - loved all their uniforms. The facilities like the pools and the wellness centre (we used it every late afternoon and loved it) and the beach club were superb. The dining facilities were also brilliant. Apartotel Ponent Mar is a 4-star aparthotel with free private parking, a spa and indoor and outdoor swimming pools. There is free Wi-Fi in all public areas. Our room was fantastic!! Breakfast excellent, amazing views

Since the minute we arrived all staff members were extremely nice (front desk, restaurant, bar and pool). Breakfast and dinner had a lot of options with very tasty, fresh and delicious food. Pool was calm and very clean.
