A buffet breakfast is available each morning at the property. We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing and tended with care to all our wishes. The room was spacious and clean, with amazing views and good WiFi. The beds were very comfotable too. The hotel never seems crowded even though occupancy was high. There were always lounge chairs available at the pool. The food was great and varied enough. There is also free underground parking with generous parking plqces which make it easy to park your rented car.

Just 550m from Los Pocillos beach and 6km from the airport make Hyde Park the perfect location to go out and visit the island, enjoy or relax in Puerto del Carmen.

The Hotel offers 2 swimming pools for adults, 2 for children, a children's splash pool, an outdoor jacuzzi, a small fitness room, a supermarket, a play area and a children's mini-club, activities for adults, a snack-bar, a meeting room, wellness ( €), tennis court and 4 paddle tennis courts (€) Nice and clean place, very good breakfast, helpful and polite staff. Strongly recommended.

There is a chill out area with a Balinese Bed and sun loungers which looks out to the sea. You will also find a garden and terrace, as well as a gym and Wellness and Beauty Centre. The outdoor pool, heated in winter, has a small adjoining dynamic pool with a little waterfall and water jets. Great, well designed hotel. Lovely stuff, great breakfast. Really enjoyed our stay!

The room is very big and has a lot of design elements from lighting to mirrors to how the bath area is. The beds are very large and confortable. The staff is sooo nice and helpful. Honestly, i think they have been the nicest i ever seen (and i travel every single month). At breakfast, which is very divers and delicious - the manager announced us every single day 5 min before they close the buffet, in case we wanted to get some more food! They even had coffee to go! The dinner was also delicious and every day they tried to bring new dishes. Moreover it was my husbands b-day and he received a bottle of champagne from the hotel management, delivered directly to our room. More, the cocktails from the bar were trully a dream :) the whole stay was just perfect
