There were many other reasons which made the day. -The reception staff was very kind and welcoming. We were expecting a courier to the reception. They have taken the note and placed the package in the room whenever it is received. - The room amenities were high quality and refilled rapidly. Thank you for the fresh water, also for coffee & night chocolates. -Great thanks to the housekeeping! They were really good at what they are doing. Appreciated!🙏🏾 -The breakfast was nicely prepared with fresh & quality ingredients. -The breakfast service team was very welcoming & organized. They were making the breakfast experience smooth in every way. After omlette our service has been changed without even requesting, appreciated🙏🏾 -The building itself was simple and nicely decorated. -The location was good, the airport bus is passing by just few steps away from the hotel. -Last but not least "Thank you for the freshly cooked birthday cake. 🙏🏾"

Thee most incredible spot. Having that restaurant right below was so fantastic, and the views of the port! The place is brand spanking new and they take such good care of it. Everyone was very kind. Located in Astúlez, Caserio Montehermoso offers accommodation with wellness packages and an open-air bath. Featuring room service, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. Joana and her husband provided a wonderful experience from start to finish. This year we had the pleasure of booking the apartment, which was really wonderful given our 2-year old's early bedtime (he can sleep in peace, and we can enjoy a glass of wine on the couch). We all looked forward every morning to the breakfast delivery, and the first day Joana brought our basket with the cake I loved the most from last year. This level of care makes you feel like you are staying with family and is why we want to come back again and again. The gardens are (still!) beautifully maintained (the gardener was very kind to our little one, and gave us a tour of the vegetable garden), and we really enjoyed the nightly dip in the hot tub while gazing up at the 1000-year old castle ruins. This place is truly magical, and Joana and her husband have the rare gift of exceptional hospitality - we will definitely be coming again next year!
